And now for our Fall Group offering reveal... Mindful Masculinity! 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏽‍♂️

This group will allow male-identifying clients to explore and develop a new relationship with their masculinity. This group is especially good for those who feel weighed down from the masculine expectations that are placed on them by society and find it to be damaging to themselves or their relationships. By the end of this group, participants will be able make conscious, mindfulness for how they want to show up for themselves and their loved ones while also feeling good in their masculine identity.

This group will run on Monday evenings from 6pm-7pm starting September 30th and ending on November 18th! To sign up, click the link in our bio & navigate to "Support group & group therapy registration." We hope to see you there!
