Hey everyone! My name is Meagan, owner of Namaste My Day. Thank you so much for following and supporting my business!

For those of you who are new here, I’m a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience, including 7 years specializing in TMJ Dysfunction (TMJD). Helping people find relief from jaw pain, headaches, and tension is a huge passion of mine.

I’ve created a TMJD Prevention Kit, TMJD session package and currently work with several dental and orthodontic offices through referrals. My mission is to continue connecting with dental and orthodontic professionals to share my experience and techniques with the people who need it most.

Yesterday I had the chance to stop by Magnolia Elementary School to drop off their portion of the donation from our Homemade for the Holidays event, and my special helper helped deliver Youth Benefits Elementary’s portion as well.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, showed up to learn, shared support, and made this event so meaningful. This isn’t my last event, but for now I am beyond grateful.
To the dollar, we raised $497.00!!! Without my input!! My heart is still so full, and I’m so thankful for everyone keeping me updated on their creations.

Thank you To EVERY SINGLE PERSON who shared, liked, commented, showed up, and donated — my heart is so full this today.

Last night was truly something special. Not only did we raise money and receive such generous donations, but everyone walked away having learned a new skill… and that made it even more meaningful.

Your kindness and support reminded me how many beautiful hearts are around me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
