this feels like the perfect time to introduce you to chelsey - she is a big part of the magic at love evolution ✨

chelsey is our house manager and also the queen of events + special classes. if something runs smoothly, feels thoughtful, or just works…chances are chelsey had a hand in it. she helps me keep things organized, welcoming, and flowing (while also teaching some banging classes) all while focusing on what matters most: community.

hi. i’m meghan - and this is love evolution.

january has brought so many new faces through our doors and lots of new follows on here - it felt like the right time to re-introduce myself and share the heart behind this space.

i opened this studio because i believe yoga is about so much more than poses. it’s about connection. it’s about having a place where you can walk in as you are - tired, joyful, overwhelmed, curious - and know you belong.

love evolution was built with intention. i wanted it to feel welcoming, inclusive, and human. not intimidating. not performative. not exclusive. a space where community comes first, teachers feel like family, and students feel supported on and off the mat.

my goal has always been simple:
to create a studio where people feel seen, held, and connected.
where growth looks different for everyone.
where showing up counts - even on the hard days.

watching new students meet familiar faces, teachers learn names, and connections form on the mat has been one of the most meaningful parts of this january. this community continues to become more than i ever imagined because of the people who walk through these doors.

first round of member gifts making their way to the studio this morning 🖤

during the holiday season, i chose to gift our contracted members - and i wanted to share why.

during our holiday sale, non-contracted students were able to take advantage of special pricing and perks. contracted members don’t receive those benefits, so this is my way of giving back to the people who support this studio consistently, month after month.

your commitment helps keep the lights on, the schedule full, the teachers supported, and this space feeling like home. i never take that lightly, and this gift is just a small thank-you for something that means a whole lot to me.

there’s no hierarchy here - just different moments to honor different kinds of support. every single person who practices at love evolution plays a role in this community, and i’m endlessly grateful for all of it 🖤✨

contracted members your gifts will be dropped at the studio over the next week or so. i will either leave them at check in or on the shelf outside of the hot studio. keep an eye out for your bag (they are all labeled 😊)

was introduced to LES…and everything shifted. he’s learned mindfulness, self-compassion, and maybe the best part - he’s found his people. friends & allies who lift him up in every corner of life.

LES has become his peace, his grounding center, his social spot, and the place where his mind, body + soul fall back into alignment.

this weekend came with a wave of depression that caught me off guard. but the wild part? this community held me without even knowing it. every message, every purchase, every tiny moment of support from the studio reminded me exactly why love evolution exists in the first place.

small business saturday has always been a big deal for the studio (for the sales & the party)…and even though i skipped the in-person event, you all still showed up in such a big way and made it a beautiful success.

our studio thrives because of this community - the way you share, support, and show up for yourselves and for each other is truly something special. thank you for loving one another, supporting our teachers, loving this space, loving me, and being the kind of community that lifts people up without even realizing it.

grateful is an understatement.

Some days everything seems to flow… and other days it feels like it all falls apart.

And that back-and-forth is what quietly builds the overwhelm.

It’s not that you’re “doing it wrong”, or that "it's not working."

It’s likely your system can’t find anything steady to lean on.
