Daily tasks include:

-Manage emails, letter, packages, phone calls, and other forms of -correspondence
-Invoicing for Site Inspections & Training services
-Monitoring calendar for site inspectors
-Create and update training logs
-Complete training cards
-Assist with sample safety manuals and documentation as needed
-Inventory, organizing & ordering of office supplies
-Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Site Safety and Health Officers enforce and monitor adherence to health and safety polices, ensuring all safety credentials are maintained, supporting clients specific project needs and acting as a resource for all safety related requirements, including auditing, inspections and accident investigations as needed while guaranteeing the best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and an improved safety culture and performance is delivered.

Qualifications: OSHA 30 hour & First Aid CPR/AED required

This is a reminder that your companies OSHA 300 A log must be posted by February 1st and must remain visible until April 30th!

This year they not only need to be visible but on September 8, 2020, the State of Maryland formally adopted federal OSHA’s online electronic reporting requirement which requires certain industries to report their occupational injury and illness data from their OSHA Log 300A Summary Form(s) to OSHA’s online Injury Tracking Application or ITA website.
