Over the years, as I've found the tools to fuel myself forward, I have been blessed to share with others.

Thursday night, I had the honor of guiding & connecting with over a dozen fellow humans who want to reconnect with themselves, slow down, and open themselves to being fully immersed in all the experiences life has to offer.
It was our first week of a month-long series, and I've just finished uploading the replay for those who were unable to join us or want to revisit it.

You can still join us - each weekly class will be uploaded to the portal, cumulatively, and will remain up until June 10th.

I am co-teaching Buti Yoga with Robin Miller (NJ) to start my birthday. Lorelei Miner (AB) & Kristina Brantley (NM) are rounding out our sisterly squad of incredible instructors across the continent!

All proceeds benefit environmental preservation.

Mondays @ 5:45pm Buti Yoga/Hot Buti
Buti is a Marathi Indian term that states the Cure is hidden Within.
Both of these practices integrate power Vinyasa and strength & conditioning, driven by the best of the music. The non-linear movement and creative transitions will get you out of your head and into the present moment.

Buti Yoga incorporates cardio bursts and plyometrics; Hot Buti leaves out only those elements for a flowier class, in a heated room or utilizing heat generated by your core.
