Super excited to be doing a few mini-workshops tomorrow at Belchertown Overcoming Adversity Together’s Umbrella of Wellness event!!! We’d love to have yall stop by Tent A tomorrow at 11am to learn a few things about Mindfulness and Meditation! And if you and your children are there at 1 pm, you should definitely stop by Tent B for some Jedi Training!!! There will be free lightsabers!!!

So happy to finally be able to announce that we won The Valley Advocate ’s Best Podcaster and Best Podcast for the work we do with our podcast Break The Chains, Find Your Flame!! Someone even nominated Joe Rogan for both catagories… so we can officially claim that our (now) award winning Podcast and Host have beat Joe Rogan in a podcast catagory!!

Super excited to announce that I, and The Promethean Project, are partnering with Mitra Healing Yoga to help offer the first ever Thrive
Male Affinity Group!

Nearly a quarter (24.8%) of men in the U.S. have experienced some form of contact sexual violence in their lifetime and sadly there are very limited resources available to them. Therefore we wanted to create a space specifically for male-identifying folx to honor your unique journey, celebrate your perseverance, and build a supportive community together.

This series will be free to all participants thanks to all the awesome donations and contributions y’all have given to support Promethean Project, Inc. ‘s work in local communities!

It will be available online over Zoom.
