Healthy Breakfast! One of my favorite ways to make sure I eat my veggies and fruits is to start my morning with them. My energy and resolve are always at their highest levels in the early morning, and then drop drastically in the late afternoon. So if I have my salad first thing in the morning, and exercise first thing in the morning, it's done! Often I add protein to my veggies and fruit to get a more sustained feeling of being full. I also add nuts for a healthy fat. This literally takes me 3 minutes since I use packaged, prewashed salad (spinach and arugula) and berries, particularly raspberries, which have lots of fiber. I add some Matcha tea with MCTs, a glass of water, and that's my breakfast on some mornings!
