Sometimes we think postpartum support groups are only for moms facing postpartum depression, but that’s not the whole story. We hold space for every postpartum experience.

This group is for:
• The mom who feels great but still wants connection
• The mom who feels overwhelmed some days
• The mom adjusting to who she is now
• The mom who doesn’t want to do this alone

And if you are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, you are absolutely welcome. This space is for you too!

Support is about community. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

We’re so excited to share some big news!

Our team is growing and so is our reach! With a new doula joining the team, we’re able to expand our postpartum doula services into Lake Odessa, Portland, Charlotte, Hastings, Ionia, and surrounding areas. This means even more families will have access to the support they deserve in the early weeks (and months) after birth.

We’re thrilled to welcome Krystle to the team and continue expanding care for postpartum families in our community!

Meet Krystle: She has always had a passion for helping others. Her background in mental health, culinary arts, and housekeeping reflects a deep commitment to nurturing both emotional and practical needs within the home. After welcoming her own baby a year ago, she realized that postpartum doula work beautifully brought together her love for emotional support, and caring for families. She completed her training with DONA International and is honored to support mothers as they transition into postpartum life.
