The body is designed to adapt. When one area is restricted, movement is redistributed elsewhere, often creating tension or fatigue over time.

Understanding compensation patterns helps explain why discomfort doesn’t always show up where the issue begins!

Your body is designed for movement, not stillness.

Regular movement helps support joint mobility, circulation, and nervous system communication. Long periods of inactivity can contribute to stiffness and tension over time, even without pain. Small, consistent movement throughout the day matters more than intensity πŸ’ͺ
