Hello Friends. I am doing a sounding/toning practice on Thursday December 18, 4pm-5ish. We will be toning the ooos and ahhs. I'm offering it for a donation of whatever you can afford. Space is limited to 15 people. You will need a pillow or two for comfort and a blanket if you like to be cozy. This practice will be done lying down and we will go through two dives. The plant sale is next weekend. They've moved this year to the old Reid Realty next to the sunshine store and across hwy 3 from the old place. 💚

Our Spring Plant Sale is less than 2 weeks away! Saturday, May 3rd from 9am to 1pm. Our location is new! We will now be at the new offices of JL Scott, at The Heron, the old Reid Real Estate building just south of Taco Bell. There will be plenty of signs to guide you!
