**update** we’re back online

EXCITING NEWS. We had spectrum do work at the office after hours last night to stabilize our phones….they did so well that we have no phones or internet today!! Will update when we are back online

Happy Holidays! We are pretty much closed until January 6th. We have a skeleton crew a day here or there finishing up some end of year fittings but that will be it for us 🙂

It’s a stressful quarter for hearing aid offices that take insurance. That being said… I have the VERY best staff in place and couldn’t even dream up better people to be here. Please don’t bully my staff… as adults I find it wild to even have to say those words out loud. Don’t show up at their one break away from their office and insist on being seen without an appointment. Then threaten to call your insurance to file a complaint because you feel I could have been “nicer”. Be nice. Just be nice. That’s all. God bless my staff and all of our patients.

We understand that this may vary. But safety is more important than profits. We have canceled both clinics for tomorrow. Our staff and patients all travel a great distance to reach us and we would rather them all remain safe.

We will likely be making calls to move folks around. The first storm is usually pretty tricky.

SNOW EXPECTED TUESDAY: Here's a first look at what we're expecting Tuesday. Snow develops Tuesday morning and will continue through Tuesday night. Some mixing is possible along the Midcoast and Coastal Downeast, especially early.

The highest totals are expected in much of central and southern Maine as this storm passes to our south. Less accumulations across the north. The storm will move out Tuesday night, with clearing skies Wednesday morning.
