It's hard to believe we are nearing the end of 2023 already! I would like to thank you all for your continued support of me and my small business! I am grateful and honored to have the opportunity to partner with all of my clients on their journey to health and wellness.

I would also like to let you know that as of January 1, 2024 I will be increasing my service rates. If you would like to book at my current rates, please book your session before the end of this year (e-gift cards are also available)!

After stepping away from massage last year to help with a family member's hospice care, I am back to practicing massage therapy (since August). I have an office in the Maine Integrative Wellness Center, located below Maine Integrative Chiropractic (8 Jesse Robbins Road Suite G Belfast, Maine).

As we're getting closer to Christmas, I wanted to let everyone know that I have gift certificates available for purchase.

Also, I would like to encourage anyone who had purchased a gift certificate but wasn't able to redeem previously, to reach out. All gift certificates will continue to be honored at my new location.
