Better late than never but... we had some wonderful friends make our Christmas so special. They spoiled us with gifts, their time, and visiting. Our residents had so much fun as you can see by their faces. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had the honor of caring for Betty from Feb 2019 to July 16 2020, when she went to meet Jesus. During that time Betty showed us kindness, laughter, a sense of humor and gave us a glimpse of the amazing piano player/teacher she was...we loved hearing her stories!

Family and friends gathered at Open Arms Saturday to celebrate Jim’s 88th birthday 🎂! It was a memorable event and we, Open Arms staff, are deeply grateful we got to be a part of this celebration and helped make it an occasion to remember.

Some of the shenanigans going on at Open arms this day.
First , each of our residents relaxed and enjoyed a pedicure, compliments of Open arms. I think our residents enjoy this special treat more every year. Of course there was some hair curling, lipstick applying and some pampering going on also.
At dinner time, the very talented Vanover family made their presence known by singing some Christmas songs for the residents that were not with their family’s. Even the very youngest of them spread love, music and joy! Taylynn played the guitar
Lastly, everyone wished grandma Joyce a wonderful 99th birthday.
