WE DID IT! The HCHD Foundation’s 5th Annual Swing Fore the Greens Golf Tournament was a huge success! Together, we raised over $60,000 in support of the Harris Health Food Farmacy Program!

This year, 73 players hit the course, helping us continue to care for our Harris County community through partnership.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible sponsors, Harris Health teams, volunteers, and everyone who showed up, swung big, and supported an important cause. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

The HCHD Foundation 2026–2027 Children’s Health Fund is open for applications from Harris County organizations dedicated to improving children’s health and wellness.

This fund supports health projects and/programs for children who are not eligible for other similar services and who are at the highest risk in Harris County.
