D to maintain a level of 40 to 60 ng/ml will reduce the risk of being infected by COVID-19 and other corona viruses, or decrease the severity of any symptoms if infected.

Dr Andrew Webber, a critical care specialist affiliated to Northwell Health told The New York Post that "patients who received Vitamin C did significantly better than those who did not get Vitamin C" he says, "It helps a tremendous amount, but it is not highlighted because it's not a sexy drug." Apparently patients are given 1500 milligrams intravenously three or four times a day. Each dose is way above the recommended allowance of the European Food and Safety Authority. Ear massage can help you become more calm, relax and focus. Using your thumbs and index fingers begin by gently pulling the ear lobes. Then using the tip of the index fingers massage around the inside of the ears. Again using the thumbs and index fingers massage around the outer rim. When you find tender points linger a while and give them a little more attention. Do this a few times while breathing deeply, slowly and rhythmically.

This point will help relieve anxiety and fear. You will find the point on the mid-line of the torso where the ribs meet at the base of the breastbone. It is likely to be tender and be careful not to apply too much pressure. Hold the point for two to three minutes breathing slowly, deeply and rhythmically. It is also useful (among others) for clearing phlegm, hiccups and difficulty swallowing.

Use your thumb on this point and simultaneously your index finger on the point in the same place on the outside of the forearm.
