Aging gracefully: what does that even mean in today’s day and age…what with all the latest injectables, lasers, devices, surgeries and to top it all off social media pressure! That is why I always appreciate patients who work proactively to improve their appearance while embrace the aging process. This lovely patient was bothered by her heavy upper lids that were not only resulting in aesthetic concerns but also loss of peripheral vision. She wanted to look refreshed without looking different or overdone. I performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with fat sculpting and she is thrilled with her results!
With some important things to keep in mind are:
