Renee has lived at Belle Plaine Specialty Care for over a year. She enjoys getting to know other residents, participating in many activities, especially Bingo, and getting her nails done weekly! Team Member Spotlight: Meet Alisha F.!

Alisha has been a member of the team at Belle Plaine Specialty Care for almost two years. She enjoys being able to create great relationships with the residents and other team members. Alisha states, "I love helping the residents and putting smiles on their faces.”

When asked to describe the team in three words, Alisha says, "Amazing, Considerate, and Loving."

In five years, Alisha sees herself obtaining her RN license and continuing her career at Belle Plaine
Specialty Care.

Alisha's family inspires her daily, and her favorite way to unwind is watching a tv show cuddling up with her dog and cats.
