Dragan Radusewicz of G-force boxing club is getting some pre fight red light therapy prior to his state title bout tonight in Harrisburg. A victory would bring a state title to the Mon Valley and advancement to the national tournament in Oklahoma City in May! Best of luck Dragan!

Sarah Miller of Peeled N’ Pumped holds a masters in clinical nutrition. She is bringing her expertise to Elite PT on Friday May 8 at 2:30pm at our clinic in Belle Vernon. This seminar will last 1-1:5 hours and she will be answering questions from the crowd. Seats are limited for this event so RSVP ASAP! RSVP to the clinic at 724-243-3728. Congrats to our own Dr. Alicia’s daughter Brielle for winning the regional finals and advancing to the state championship for the state foul shooting competition. Brielle will shoot next weekend in the 10 year old bracket to attempt to become the state champ in foul shooting! Good luck Brielle!

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position that offers hours up to a max of 16 hours per week with ability for more pending coverage needed. This candidate MUST be able to multitask in a busy environment and be efficient with computer usage. This job is set to begin immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Provide information to callers or connect them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Verify patient insurance benefits via portal sites and explain these benefits to patients

Qualifications:

- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience in a medical office setting is a MUST. PT practice experience is preferred
- Ability to coordinate events or projects effectively
- Knowledge in verification and authorization process of patient insurance
- Knowledge of clerical duties such as typing and filing and organization
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk is a MUST
