We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position that offers hours up to a max of 16 hours per week with ability for more pending coverage needed. This candidate MUST be able to multitask in a busy environment and be efficient with computer usage. This job is set to begin immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Provide information to callers or connect them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Verify patient insurance benefits via portal sites and explain these benefits to patients

Qualifications:

- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience in a medical office setting is a MUST. PT practice experience is preferred
- Ability to coordinate events or projects effectively
- Knowledge in verification and authorization process of patient insurance
- Knowledge of clerical duties such as typing and filing and organization
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk is a MUST

Over the last several hours we have recieved a lot of inquiries regarding the unfortunate pneumothorax that TJ Watt obtained via dry needling. We wanted to clear the air on alot of questions we have recieved. 1. Our clinicians do not currently or have in the past 5 years dry needled any member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. 2. Sarah Received her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition in June of 2023. Graduating with honors, Sarah continued a career in group fitness and her own side practice helping clients with myriad of nutritional needs. She has worked with both men and women to help reverse various gut issues and hormonal imbalances, and aided many in weight loss journeys. In 2024 she received her National Board Certification for Health and Wellness coaching furthering her ability to hone in on mindset issues and truly focus on the clients need for a mindset reset.
