Over the last several hours we have recieved a lot of inquiries regarding the unfortunate pneumothorax that TJ Watt obtained via dry needling. We wanted to clear the air on alot of questions we have recieved. 1. Our clinicians do not currently or have in the past 5 years dry needled any member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. 2. Pneumothorax (puncturing the lung) with dry needling is extremely rare with experienced and trained/certified clinicians. Less than 10 cases were reported globally in 2024 and the incidence rate is

Sarah Received her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition in June of 2023. Graduating with honors, Sarah continued a career in group fitness and her own side practice helping clients with myriad of nutritional needs. She has worked with both men and women to help reverse various gut issues and hormonal imbalances, and aided many in weight loss journeys. In 2024 she received her National Board Certification for Health and Wellness coaching furthering her ability to hone in on mindset issues and truly focus on the clients need for a mindset reset. Her compassion for a client first approach allows clients to find autonomy in their journey towards total body healing. Recently, she created Peeled ’N Pumped coaching encompassing all things nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness! Requested donations include:
