Pending review and authorization by the FDA and a recommendation from the CDC's advisory board, Covid-19 Boosters will be available the week of September 20th. At this time, the recommendation is to receive the Booster vaccine 8 months after the date of the second vaccine was received. Of course, this is subject to change on the coming weeks as the CDC and Advisory boards review the data.

The Department of Health has contacted Rostraver Drug that we will be receiving Moderna Vaccine starting Monday April 26. We will be calling everyone on our waiting list to schedule appointments. We have been told by the state that we will receive weekly shipments of the vaccine because we are located in an underserved area of Pennsylvania. If you or someone you love needs vaccinated, please call the pharmacy at 724-929-5533 so that we can schedule you. If you are not currently on our waiting list, you will most likely be scheduled during the week of May 3rd.
