It’s a wild ride out there in the world right now. If you’re looking to claim a bit of calm that can be carried with you throughout the day, come join us for guided meditation. During Meditation Monday and Morning Meditation, we will build community with one another as we breathe deeply and look inward to find the peace that we all have within us but sometimes don’t remember or can’t seem get hold of when we need it most.

These are FREE gatherings but space is limited as we’ll be holding them in the Salt Cave. Donations are welcome and will go directly to the Pittsburgh Melanoma Foundation. Our first sessions will be Monday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 28 at 8 a.m. Wear something comfy, bring a friend, and plan to relax. Sessions last half an hour to an hour.
