These statements had a profound impact on me this morning. Instantly I saw an image in my mind of an ultrasound machine with a grayscale image on the screen of a person's abdomen. I could see myself there with all the buttons and k***s quickly adjusting the image to make it crisp and clear.

Now, if you don’t know me, that may seem like a weird image to “see” in my mind's eye. However, in my former career I was an medical ultrasound technologist for almost 3 decades so I am very familiar with that type of imaging.

Let me tell you a little about it so this metaphor makes more sense. If you kept the ultrasound image very black and white with no grayscale you would really not be able to see anything. It is the variations of gray in contrast to the black and white that show up in the image to be an organ or baby or mass etc. If you as the technologist were to insist that your settings on the machine were “correct” and that no adjustments be made you would have very limited, non-diagnostic images that could have harmful results for the patient. Many times in my career I experienced seeing something on the screen that seemed “normal” but as I adjusted the image something causing a problem appeared. In another instance, I would not be able to see the entirety of a fetus until I shifted the viewpoint from where I was looking.

This can be the same way in our thinking which comes from our subconscious programming normally formed as children. Like in the instance of the ultrasound image, you can feel like you are stuck in blackness, despair or depression because you are not aware of a whole other way to look at something. You don’t know you can adjust your programing and the images you live from. Remember it is subconscious not conscious.

So what is it that you want to be different in your life?

Wow it is already November first.

Only 8 weeks left in this year of 2024.

What were your goals and dreams for this year? What did you want to be different?

Just out of curiosity … did you accomplish those goals and dreams or at least part of them?

Did you take steps toward the life you WANT to live?

If the answer is Yes… GREAT! Keep going! There are 61 days left this year!

If NO…. it is NOT too late. There are 61 days left this year!

I’ve been where you are many times, so frustrated with myself, with my life, thinking I had wasted another year. So I might as well just coast through the rest of the year. I kept stuffing down my true desires and hiding behind busyness. I believed it was too late to do anything different so I might as well give in to all the superficial celebrating and merriment! I felt numb inside. I was a failure and not good enough. Things should have been different. I should have had a different year. “I should of” ……. Do you hear the guilt and shame? Because of those beliefs which directed who I was being, how I acted and the thoughts on replay, I kept living the same unfulfilled life over and over and over.

I know different now. 61 days, if I live intentionally aware and focused on BEING divine love and presence in the world WILL change my life and people around me exponentially. I know because I have experienced it personally and now have a passionate desire to help others have the same freedom.

I help you see what is “holding you back”. Why do you seem to be powerless to have a healthy body and loving relationships? Why do you continue in a job you hate or is not fulfilling, yet you can’t seem to make yourself find something else. Or why are you unable to make more money doing what you love? Why do you continue to just go through the motions of life, uninspired and marking time? What is blocking you?

Like me, you have a choice as you read this for how the next 61 days will serve you. You can choose to just go into holiday crazy mode, being super busy trying to do all the things that social media and society tell you the holidays are. Or, you can be intentional about what you want to create in your life and you can make incredible progress toward that goal along with celebrating the holidays.

Don’t misunderstand me….. I love the holidays and being together with my family…. Especially Christmas… I love to decorate and go see all the lights, make memories by cutting and decorating a live tree, make and taste all the festive foods, and see people’s eyes light up as they enjoy themselves.

At the end of these experiences though I come back home to me and my life. I have a great life AND there are more levels of BEING to explore. I believe each day of our lives is precious and I want to help you change your family tree by being free!
