Happy AAC Awareness month! Remember: there are no prerequisites to AAC!

As AAC Awareness month is approaching, it is important to remember that we always need to:

✨Make Communication More Accessible✨

Communication is a fundamental aspect of human interaction, allowing us to express our thoughts, needs, and emotions. However, for individuals who are nonspeaking, gaining access to communication methods can be challenging. A crucial step in the augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) process is setting up fully accessible environments for communication in all settings. To grant individuals access to their fundamental rights, we must make communication more accessible by any means necessary.

This design will be available in our shop on Monday, September 25th. It comes in both and long and short sleeve option.

Ms. Victoria is officially LETRS certified 🎉🎉🎉 This required almost two years of trainings, readings and tests. LETRS is a comprehensive professional learning that focuses on the science of reading and language comprehension and production. This training is endorsed by the International Dyslexia Association as an evidenced based education and implementation tool!
