They’re ready! The hospital nursing assistants huddled this morning to review 2025 and prepare for 2026. They discussed a wide range of topics—including emergency response, burnout, charting in real time, cybersecurity, confidentiality, dementia training, and more.

We are so grateful for this team and for each and every unique individual on it--pictured or not pictured. They care for us at our best, and at our worst, moments. Thank you! It’s a bright New Year ahead! 🙂

A Heartfelt Thank You To Our City Maintenance Crew

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the amazing City of Belleville Kansas maintenance crew for their help with multiple projects at RCH over the past year.

The RCH Maintenance department whipped up a delicious breakfast feast as a token of gratitude.

The city crew's teamwork truly made a difference, and we appreciate our community heroes!❤️

RCH had the joy of visiting East Elementary to collect the annual teddy bear donations from the 2nd grade class. Each year, these kind-hearted kids in our community generously donate teddy bears and other stuffed animals to be given to young patients at RCH.

This annual donation ensures that every child who comes to RCH will have a snuggly cuddle buddy by their side to help them feel better.

We are so proud of our local kids and their beautiful tradition. It fills our hearts with gratitude, and we want to give a big heartfelt THANK YOU to all the 2nd graders for their kindness & compassion. 🧸❤️

A Heartfelt Thank You To Our Team! 🎉

We had the pleasure of celebrating the incredible dedication of our employees at Republic County Hospital and Belleville Medical Clinic during our special employee appreciation brunch. We honored team members who have been employed in five-year increments, acknowledging their commitment to our community & health care family.

Their hard work and passion are the backbone of our success, and we are truly grateful for each and every one of them.

A special shoutout goes to our amazing dietary staff, who always go above and beyond, delighting us with the most scrumptious food at these events. Your culinary talents never cease to impress.

Our newest physician, Dr. Lexia Zenger, spoke with a small group of Republic County Schools students on the sidelines of the wrestling tournament at USD109 this afternoon.

She spoke about “Sleep, Screens, and Stress”. Teens really need more sleep than adults, but commonly get less. She didn’t place any blame; she simply sought to raise awareness of data. Thank you, Dr. Zenger, for highlighting this health fundamental! 😴🩺😴
