Attached Below are the QR code for the St. Clair County and Madison County ROSC teams. These surveys help the county determine a few things;
Does the community know how to access Mental Health and Substance use treatment.
How does the community handle stigma related to Mental Health, Substance Use, and Homelessness.

If you could take the time to fill out the 15 question survey for YOUR specified county, we all would really appreciate it. This helps us help you!

NH DHHS and the NH Food Bank have partnered to provide a series of mobile food pantries and food box pick-ups in locations across the state for SNAP recipients.

These food pantries and pick-ups are for SNAP recipients only and will begin on November 5, 2025. Individuals must verify that they participate in the SNAP program by showing their EBT card or a notice from DHHS confirming their SNAP participation.

Locations are subject to change. Visit dhhs.nh.gov/federalshutdown to find your nearest SNAP-only pantry and pick-up locations and stay up to date on the ongoing federal shutdown.

Infant formula and nutritious foods for participating pregnant women and young children are still available through WIC.

Please donate and help spread the word about the collection and distribution of food and household items for military families and those at SAFB affected by the federal government shutdown.

St. Clair County is assisting in a donation drive for items to be available at the Airman and Family Readiness Center of SAFB. Items needed are:

Non-perishable foods (canned vegetables, soups, beans, pasta, sauces, rice, cereal, peanut butter, etc.)
Personal care items (toothpaste, soap, deodorant, shampoo, etc.)
Household goods (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc.)
Baby essentials (formula, wipes, diapers, etc.)
Pet foods and supplies (dog and cat foods, cat litter, etc.)
The collection site will be located just outside the Shiloh Gate. Donations will be accepted Tuesday November 4, Wednesday November 5, and Thursday November 6, from 3:00–6:00 PM. All donations will go directly to the Airman and Family Readiness Center’s temporary food bank, which was established to help those struggling with both the lack of pay and the uncertainty surrounding this period. Thank you for your assistance in collecting items and in promoting this need.
