I would like to introduce myself as an EMDR trained trauma-informed associate therapist at La Perla Counseling and Trauma Response Services. I primarily work with teens and young adults to navigate their own healing space and move past their past that weighs them down. I have wide availability at this time and am currently only providing online telehealth services. My specialties include PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, substance use, life transitions, co-dependency, stress, self-esteem, self-harming, peer relationships, racial identity, sexual identity and women's issues. I work to ensure a safe space for marginalized or oppressed populations by continual education and dismantling the system when I see it. I believe healing is possible with the help of a caring and trusted treatment provider.
