👀 👀 I see these same mistakes in clinic every week: Using too much. Starting too fast. Skipping moisturizer. Mixing too many actives. And the two biggest ones? 👉 Quitting too early — retinol takes 8–12 weeks to really work 👉 Not wearing sunscreen — you’re undoing your progress every morning

Glad you found something that works—that’s always the goal 👏
Aquaphor is a great starting point for hand eczema (barrier repair + occlusion)…
but if it feels too sticky, here are dermatologist-approved alternatives👇
• La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5
• Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream
• O’Keeffe’s Working Hands
• EltaMD Skin Restore Hand Cream
• CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream
✨ And honestly… the real win?
Finding something you’ll actually use consistently.
Shoutout to — Lipikar AP+M is a game changer for many patients with eczema 🙌 happy Easter, skincare Ohana! I appreciate you all 🙏❤️🐣🐰

The world we live in: pressure to be “perfect.” Let’s normalize not being polished. Your skin is not your character. Your body is not your worth. You’re seeing the surface— not the full story.

If you’ve been trying to pop this… that’s why it’s not working 👀 Milia sit deeper and need proper extraction technique.

This is what I personally do on a regular basis as someone nearing age 40. Three key skincare essentials: Vitamin C serum, Sunscreen and Retinoid. Two habits. That’s it. No red light masks found here.

I was wrong… new “evidence” just dropped 🤯
Neosporin fixes everything now apparently 🙃
Happy April Fools 😅 use petrolatum ointment instead on your small cuts that aren’t infected instead 🤙

That "harmless" bump? It might not be.
Skin cancers I see mistaken all the time:
* "Sebaceous hyperplasia" → actually basal cell carcinoma
* "Wart" → actually squamous cell carcinoma
* "Scab that won't heal" → also basal cell carcinoma
The common theme? They don't go away!!

If it's persistent, growing, or changing—don't ignore it.

Evidence based medicine is the only medicine. Happy National Doctors Day to my wonderful colleagues who are making a difference in the hospitals and clinics but also online. 💊 🩺
