Greet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitude.
Organize and maintain records to provide accurate reporting and easy access to information.
Courteously answer the telephone within 2 rings; forward calls to appropriate persons and/or take messages as needed.
Verify insurance before patients come into see the doctor
Help patients fill out paperwork when applicable.
Marketing both face to face and cold calls
Scheduling patients for both night and day appointment.
Take payments for both companies
call referrals, current patient and past patients (follow up calls)
Cross train to provide assistance to office supervisor
Keep all patient information confidential according to HIPAA standards.
Maintain office with office supervisor
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED.
Schedule flexibility
Must be able to work alone at times when left alone
Outstanding customer service.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Great organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently and independently problem solve.
