My story

My love for photography started the day my children were born, I wanted to take photos of everything they did. Of course, back then we didn’t have cell phones to take pictures with so I would wait patiently to pick them up a few weeks later. The struggle was real!

I was a restaurant manager for many 15+ plus years and I loved it, but it was also demanding, and I wanted more time with my family. My family are the most important people in my life and nothing I do is without their support.

About 9 years ago I started looking into getting a camera and would talk to my husband about it but left it alone as I was busy managing a restaurant 40+ hours a week. We digital cameras but I was so busy with work that I just put it in the back burner. Randomly I would tell my husband I wanted a professional camera and he said, “for what? you have a cell phone” my answer was always, “it’s not the same”. I will admit that since our grandchildren were born my cell phone is full of photos that my memory runs out sometimes and that I must transfer photos to my computer, hehe! Photos are important to me and have always been, they are memories I will always see.
