In meditation ive come to learn that the longest journey we'll ever take is 17" its from our heart to our mind. We recieve messages everyday from the heart but we have to feel these messages, what prevents us from feeling is we get alot of mental muck we get alot of limitations pre self dispositions that arent true we live in the future we live in the past theres pain theres anxiety theres all these things in this realm blocking us from the beckoning call of our soul. That inner whisper thats in our heart that we hear all the time in every single moment but we are cut off to it cause of this noise its like static and the static is so overehelming that it drowns out what our heart is trying to say and because of that we are led astray my friends we go off on tangents we do things that aren't in our souls alignment and wonder why they fail we get in relationships amd wonder why they don't work after a year it's because we're not listening to our hearts. Some people would refer this as their guts or their intuition people make the best decisions of their life when they do it from their heart or from their gut but they don't do it that often I like to think if you're not listening to your heart you are deaf how do we change this we meditate
thats all.
