Also VERY IMPORTANT we need COMPLETE enrollments. If we do not have completed forms it delays the process and causes a lot of extra work.

We are also adding several new providers in the next few months to accommodate growth.

Please be patient with our staff. Mobile medicine takes a lot of coordination. We appreciate all of our homes and patients!
