When we're constantly stressed, the body has a hard time repairing itself. Reiki helps create the conditions where the

body feels safe enough to begin healing. Reiki works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest and repair. During a session, most people feel deeply relaxed, similar to meditation. It's in these relaxed moments the brain tells the body to heal. Reiki is NOT a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice or care by a license health care provider. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to to support relaxation and overall wellbeing. The Reiki practitioner does not force anything, they just create space for the body to do what it already knows how to do. For years, I lived with chronic foot pain in both feet to the point of not being able to walk without the use of medical equipment, I also lost my hearing for a long period of time. In 2017, after being deemed a medical mystery for far too long, I started receiving Reiki, chiropractic care and started working on my mindset, learning new ways to deal with stress. Eventually, my pain and hearing returned to a manageable level. Reiki has changed my life for the better and I want to help others on their healing journey. I received my Holy Fire ® II Reiki Level 1 & 2 certifications in 2018 & 2022; Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master & Karuna Reiki Master in 2023; Holy Fire® III Animal Reiki Master in 2024; Kids Reiki Master in 2025. Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to improve your physical health and emotional well-being. I can incorporate sound healing (crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, etc) into the Reiki session for a next level relaxation experience at no extra charge. I provide Reiki sessions by appointment only at Peaceful Pathways in Bellevue, NE. I also provide distant Reiki for those who are out of state, or just prefer distant sessions, you will still receive all the wonderful Reiki benefits.
