Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Master, Kid Reiki Master, Inner Child Healing, Sound Healing, Angelic Guidance, Holy Fire® III Reiki Classes Reiki calms the nervous system so the body can shift out of stress mode and into healing mode. When we're constantly stressed, the body has a hard time repairing itself. Reiki helps create the conditions where the body feels safe enough to begin healing. Reiki works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest and repair. During a session, most people feel deeply relaxed, similar to meditation. It's in these relaxed moments the brain tells the body to heal. Reiki is NOT a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice or care by a license health care provider. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to to support relaxation and overall wellbeing. The Reiki practitioner does not force anything, they just create space for the body to do what it already knows how to do. For years, I lived with chronic foot pain in both feet to the point of not being able to walk without the use of medical equipment, I also lost my hearing for a long period of time. In 2017, after being deemed a medical mystery for far too long, I started receiving Reiki, chiropractic care and started working on my mindset, learning new ways to deal with stress. Eventually, my pain and hearing returned to a manageable level. Reiki has changed my life for the better and I want to help others on their healing journey. I received my Holy Fire ® II Reiki Level 1 & 2 certifications in 2018 & 2022; Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master & Karuna Reiki Master in 2023; Holy Fire® III Animal Reiki Master in 2024; Kids Reiki Master in 2025. Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to improve your physical health and emotional well-being. I can incorporate sound healing (crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, etc) into the Reiki session for a next level relaxation experience at no extra charge. I provide Reiki sessions by appointment only at Peaceful Pathways in Bellevue, NE. I also provide distant Reiki for those who are out of state, or just prefer distant sessions, you will still receive all the wonderful Reiki benefits.

✨ An Important Update from Peaceful Minds Store ✨

After much reflection and many conversations, I’ve made the decision that I will not be renewing the lease for Peaceful Minds Store this summer, and the retail storefront will be closing.💔

For the past three and a half years, this space has been so much more than a shop. It has been a place of connection, healing, learning, and community. I’ve watched friendships form, people begin their spiritual journeys, and countless meaningful moments unfold within these walls. It has truly been an honor to hold this space for all of you.
We poured our hearts, sweat and tears into making it a welcoming space for all and it was well worth it! 🤗

Running a retail storefront has become increasingly challenging in many ways, and I feel it is the right time to shift into the next chapter.

Peaceful Minds Store will remain open through June, and over the next few months we will be slowly transitioning the shop and celebrating the time we’ve shared here. You are welcome to utilize any rewards you’ve built up until we officially close.

During this time you’ll begin to see:
✨ Special sales on crystals and merchandise
✨ Opportunities to take home pieces from the shop
✨ Moments to gather, connect, and celebrate this community

If Peaceful Minds has ever meant something to you, I would truly love for you to stop in and visit before we close the storefront.

While the retail space will be closing, my healing work will absolutely continue.
