Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Master, Kid Reiki Master, Inner Child Healing, Sound Healing, Holy Fire® III Certification Classes Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It can promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centers (chakras) to enable a good flow of energy in the body. It is administered by gentle touch and is based on the idea of channeling universal light and love through a practitioner to a client. An unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it’s high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki also compliments medical treatments and other therapies. For years, I had chronic foot pain in both feet to the point of not being able to walk without the use of medical equipment, I also lost my hearing for a long period of time. In 2017, after being deemed a medical mystery for far too long, I started receiving Reiki, chiropractic care and started working on my mindset, learning new ways to deal with stress. Eventually, my pain and hearing returned to a manageable level. Reiki has changed my life for the better and I want to help others on their healing journey. I received my Holy Fire ® II Reiki Level 1 & 2 certifications in 2018 & 2022; Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master & Karuna Reiki Master in 2023; Holy Fire® III Animal Reiki Master in 2024; Kids Reiki Master in 2025. Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to improve your physical health and emotional well-being. I can incorporate sound healing into the Reiki session for a next level relaxation experience at no extra charge. I provide Reiki sessions by appointment only at the Peaceful Minds Store in Bellevue, NE. I also provide distant Reiki for those who are unable to come into the store, out of state, or just prefer distant sessions, you will still receive all the wonderful Reiki benefits.

🦋🎉Congratulations to Lindsay Masek on receiving her Second Degree Animal Reiki certification! Today we took the last part of class to Fontenelle Forest and had many beautiful experiences watching Reiki work with trees, birds, butterflies, bees, owls, eagles, and a softshell turtle we named Henry. I am honored to be a part of her Reiki journey. 🦋🎉

🎉Congratulations to Lindsay Masek on receiving her First Degree Animal Reiki certification! She enjoyed giving Reiki to my cat and she also sent distant Reiki to 2 dogs and their caregiver. All sessions went very well. Right after Lindsay got her certificate a monarch appeared. What a beautiful day! 🦋
