Resolutions don't need to come from a place of fixing or punishment. Most lasting change happens when we stop asking what’s “wrong” and start asking what our body actually needs- more nourishment, more consistency, more rest, or more structure.
Small, sustainable shifts matter because they’re the ones you can actually maintain. They don’t overwhelm your system, and over time, they add up to real change you can feel and sustain. 🙌
