Proud to represent & Osteoporosis Center and at this year’s American College of Rheumatology Annual Meeting in Chicago.

I had the privilege of presenting our poster titled:
“Care Pathway and Treatment Patterns in Patients with Uncontrolled Gout: A Real-World Survey of Physicians in the U.S.”

Our study revealed that many patients with uncontrolled gout continue to face challenges such as high uric acid levels, flares, and tophi despite long-term therapy—underscoring the urgent need for earlier specialist involvement and more effective treatment strategies.

It was an inspiring experience attending alongside our Clinical Research Manager, , as we work to expand access to clinical trials that improve patient outcomes.

My mission remains clear—helping patients live pain-free lives through innovative, research-driven gout care.

The holidays are a time for celebration, delicious food, and family gatherings… but they can also be tough on your bones. 🦴✨

For those with osteoporosis or at risk, it’s important to take extra care this season. Simple choices can make a big difference:

💡 Tips for strong bones during the holidays:

👉 Include calcium-rich foods like dairy, leafy greens, and fortified plant milks 🥛🥬
👉 Get enough vitamin D from sunlight or supplements ☀️
👉 Stay active with gentle exercises like walking, stretching, or light strength training 🚶‍♂️
👉 Avoid excessive alcohol, which can weaken bones 🍷
Small daily habits can help prevent fractures and keep you moving confidently through the festive season.
