Are you in need of some self-care, nurturing, and space to breathe?
If so, join me at 9am this Sunday,Nov 10 at Dance Theatre Northwest for an all-levels yoga class.
We will breathe deeply, flow through our poses, feel our feelings, and nurture our nervous systems.
No yoga experience necessary to come to these classes.
All bodies are yoga bodies. All humans are welcome in these class!
