🌹Multicultural Brainspotting was incredible as an experience as well as as a training!
I saw how different we were in expression, how gentle and subtle people could be, and yet equally being comfotable in deep processing together. At the same time - we were the same with internal experiences, pain, shame, joy in dancing, music, family, animals, friends and nature.

🌹It was incredible to share a cohesive space with people from aroud the world - Asia, Australia, Europe, America. I was in deep connection with People from Asia, it was a new experience for me.

Research shows being constantly busy has major side effects — It permanently reduces your ability to think:

To protect our brains, according to science, it's necessary to balance intense focus with idleness.

However, in our fast-paced world, where every spare moment is filled with checking our phones, this reset is often neglected. This constant stimulation trains our brains to crave busyness, making it harder to disconnect.

Neuroscientist Daniel Levitin highlights these concerns in his book, The Organized Mind.

He pointed out that information overload keeps us trapped in a cycle of noise, sapping both our willpower and creativity. Levitin explains that, to prevent overload, we need to hit the reset button, which means carving space in your day for lying around, meditating, or staring off into nothing.
