I wish that the goverment would pay family physicians better so we can stay in business vs. paying billions to insurance companies that are not denying coverage for meds , MRI, etc to the patients that we are taking care of. Conflict of interest maybe?

The quality bonus payment system, established by the Affordable Care Act, aims to reward high-performing plans. Is it working?
