We’ve been doing more MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) cases lately, and the changes we’re seeing are honestly amazing.

This isn’t your typical expander. Instead of just moving teeth, MSE actually works with the bone to widen the upper jaw—so it’s something we can use not only for kids, but for teens and even adults.

A lot of our patients come in with crowding, narrow arches, or even breathing concerns… and once we create that space, everything starts to fall into place more naturally.
