Evergreen Court

Evergreen Court Evergreen Court is located near Downtown and Overlake, yet is tucked away in a very private setting and offers Affordable Independent and Assisted Living.

Evergreen Court is the Eastside's only Full-service Independent and Assisted Living Community serving primarily low to moderate-income seniors. Our apartment homes are spacious and private. All homes have kitchens and balconies or patios for added independence. The low monthly rates include 3 delicious meals a day, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and most utilities. In addition, residents of Evergreen Court can take advantage of so many things: from art classes, to exercise groups, from discussions of the news to bridge and poker but Evergreen Court is most proud of the friendly and welcoming environment that our caring residents foster.
