We want to share an important update with our AGI family, and we do so with full hearts and deep gratitude.

AGI has transferred operations to Hands of Heartland. What matters most is this: services will continue as normal, and our commitment to providing safe, loving, high-quality care for every participant remains unchanged. Our participants’ happiness, stability, and ability to thrive have always been, and will always be, our top priority.

There came a moment when ensuring our staff could continue to be paid became a serious concern. Missing a paycheck in today’s world is simply not an option, and our team deserves security and support. We are incredibly thankful for our board, who stepped in immediately and brought in a team with the experience and heart to guide us through this transition with care and clarity.

Because of that, we are proud and relieved to say that AGI will continue forward as part of Hands of Heartland. This transition allows us to grow, remain stable, and continue doing what we love most; serving our participants with compassion, dignity, and consistency.

We know this news may come as a surprise, and we understand that change can feel overwhelming. Please know that we are here for you, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns. We would never make a decision like this unless we were confident our participants would continue to feel safe, supported, and happy- and thanks to Hands of Heartland, that future is secure.

Thank you for your trust, your understanding, and your continued support. We are excited for what’s ahead and grateful to walk into this next chapter together. 🤍
