"Good morning Jennifer

What a blessing to have such a special ARNP assigned to my medical chart and human attached. And, on top of that a fellow fur babies parent!!!!!

Thank you so much for our meeting yesterday.

When you came into the exam room for the first time I immediately felt at ease after seeing your smiling eyes and ease of personality!!

Your follow through on items and actions discussed yesterday are the ultimate in “patient service."

Having JJ on your team in my mind make the ultimate “medical team."

I feel very very lucky."

Thanks! We feel 🍀too!

Call to schedule with our amazing ARNP's!

📣This week, Kelly Weedin celebrated 25 years of employment at Bellevue Family Medicine. Office Manager is Kelly's official title, however this title does little justice to the role Kelly plays in keeping Bellevue Family Medicine running. Kelly is a friend to all those that work with her. Her smile can be seen through the thickest N95 mask and her laugh can be heard throughout the halls of Bellevue Family Medicine. We appreciate you, more than we know.

•Make sunscreen a daily habit. Even on cloudy days, your skin can
be harmed by the sun.
•Use the right sunscreen correctly.
•Choose the right clothing.
•Stay in the shade.
•Check the UV index every day.
•Avoid peak sun

July 4th Safety: Leave Fireworks To The Experts
Fireworks can be a fun activity to watch with family and friends, but they can also be dangerous if not used correctly. According to the National Safety Council, fireworks used inappropriately may cause burns to hands, fingers, ears, and eyes, in addition to starting large fires. Even smaller fireworks like sparklers or firecrackers get so hot they can melt metal. This holiday season is right around the corner so consider using safer alternatives like glow sticks, confetti poppers, or colored streamers.
For more information on how to stay safe, visit

NSC advises everyone to enjoy fireworks at public displays conducted by professionals. If you choose to use legal fireworks, follow these firework safety tips.

See a hot dog? Reminder safety tips as we approach warm weather. Even with the windows cracked, our furry friends get hot inside vehicles when temperatures outside are warm. ☀️🐶

Here are a few answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Leave your dogs and all pets at home. It's not safe to keep them in a hot car. And, it's illegal to "leave or confine any animal unattended in a motor vehicle or enclosed space if the animal could be harmed or killed by exposure to excessive heat, cold, lack of ventilation, or lack of necessary water" (per RCW 16.52.340).

2. If you see a pet left in a car and you think they may be in danger, call 911. (Before calling, take note of your location).

3. It is never advisable to break out the car window(s). Between the chances of the pet running away or being injured by broken glass, it could potentially make a bad situation worse. Also, you could be liable for any damage caused.

4. All Sheriff's Office K-9 vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.
