Have you ever considered how "dirty" fruits and veggies are when they arrive at the grocery store? And Non-organic and organic produce is on the same transportation mechanism together.

Wash produce before eating. Remove chemicals. Store in glass containers to keep fresher longer.

Work to get at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet with a ratio of 5 veggies to 2 fruits.

How many servings do you get of each?
