Most of my clients with long term challenges have what we will call “baggage”. A weight they contunue to carry which cause harm to our body; they wear on us. Release the anger, the stress, the guilt, worry or whatever it may be. Give it to whatever higher being you believe in and let them desk with it Get the weight off you! Your body will love you for doing so.
