Qualifications:

18 years of age or older

Excellent communication skills

Ability to pass a state criminal background check

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to complete 45 hours of classroom based and minimum of 30 hours on the job training

Ability to maintain 12 continued education credits annually

Basic Qualifications:

- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly speak, read, write, and understand English and capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Basic computer and internet browser skills required
- Willing and able perform personal care and housekeeping duties
- Able to attend required training (training hours are paid)

- Responsible for accurate, routine documentation of client care & procedures
- Some clients may require physical support using medical devices (e.g., Hoyer Lift, wheelchair)
