This past month I’ve really been focusing on setting up future me for success with easy meals. When I cook, I try to make extra servings of the whole meal, or even just 1 ingredient, and then vacuum pack and freeze that item for a future meal.

My current fave leftovers are:
Beef chili
Pork carnitas
Veggie lasagna
Jerk chicken with coconut rice

I love when an ADHD nutrition client is so excited and proud of a win they’ve had, that they are literally bouncing out of their seat to show me! 🙌🏼🥰
