The Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) plays a vital role in supporting both the physical body and the emotional–energetic system. It is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel, and is associated with the element of water, flow, and movement.

The sacral chakra is energetically connected to:
Reproductive organs (uterus, ovaries, te**es)
Lower abdomen and pelvis
Kidneys and bladder
Hips and lower back
Digestive and elimination systems

Sacred chakra sets includes,
carnelian-Stimulates creativity, passion, and motivation.
Citrine-Encourages joy, positivity, and abundance.
Green fluorite-Enhances emotional healing and balance.
Obsidian-Acts as a strong protective stone against negativity.

When balanced, it supports:

I have learned a lot in the past year.
All of my crystal sets that I curated a couple of years ago. I have been putting them to the test to see if they do what I had intended them to do.
I have been having some personal issues that I have been dealing with. One is Loving myself more. I went on a personal journey to dig deep and reconnect with me and start loving myself and putting me first.
So the Loving More Self Set, really helped me to connect. I did the hike out to the Birthing Cave earlier this month. I carried the set of crystals with me. I was not able to climb all the way to the top because of my shoulder.
From the time I hit the trail I was very mindful of my steps along the 1.5 miles hike each way. Thought of everything that was going on in my life. I had company along the way, my spirit guides joined me and we talked. I was out in nature it was a gorgeous day. There were signs that were unmistakable for me.
I love the set, it is sitting on my dresser so I see it every time I walk in. I am feeling better every day abput myself.
This set comes in a pretty mesh bag. There is accompanying information about each of the 5 crystals, picture of where they were cleared and charged along with a mandala to connect with your inner self if you like coloring.
