Dry needling with stim is a powerful tool. It can help a lot for muscle guarding, pain, and restoring normal muscle recruitment. We’ve been using it with great success in Bellingham for nearly 2 years now. The focus will always be progressive load strategies, but dry needling has truly been a game changer for getting people better faster and for helping those that didn’t respond to previous treatment approaches.

Dry needling with E-stim for the win! Received a text this morning from an Achilles repair client that’s had a rough go of getting the muscle to activate/fire nearly a year out from surgery. A couple sessions of stim and a bit of coaching and he’s back on the saddle for the first time. Always love it when people are able to work their way back into what they love! The needling video details the treatment with a different client.

Leni Grace joined us 10/24! Ben will be taking the month of November off from patient care but is still around to stave off that dad bod and doing admin tasks if you need anything. We’re super grateful and fortunate to have looking out for our people! He’s a really great sports PT with availability. is lucky to have him!!
