Join Kim Burns DPT, OCS and learn a home fitness routine circuit that is safe and effective for conditioning the core but also strengthening the arms and legs Monday January 5 and Monday January 12 from 5:30-630 pm.
Have a set of weights, bands or kettle bells at home that you don’t know what to do with or want to get back into using? This class is designed for optimized core stabilization along with the tone, definition and strength in the arms and legs for synergy and even muscle balance with low risk for injury. This is an excellent supplement to your established work out routine, can be used for your “core day” or as a strength and endurance training circuit on its own as well. Come to just one or come again for extra practice.
