JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the position is to assist the community in managing financial responsibilities, onboarding of new employees and time clock management.

1. Adhere to and implement financial policies and procedures
2. Manage Accounts Payable in the Facility
3. Assist in the onboard process for new employees including paperwork, benefits registration, and input into required systems.
4. Manage and complete Payroll, including daily hour review, daily punch edit detail review, and update the KRA daily.
5. Sets up and maintains financial files for all patients: Billing, admission papers, state and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement documents
6. Post Deposits and ensure timely deposits of cash and checks.
7. Manage Accounts Receivable, responsible for all collections from all payor sources.
8. Manage internal cash accounts including petty cash and resident trust.
9. Assist residents in the application for Medicaid if necessary
10. Maintains a professional demeanor in the midst of verbal or physical aggression.
11. Other duties as assigned by Administrator/Executive Director or Corporate Office

Pay: From $20.00 per hour DOE
