Howdy, my name is Lindsey! And I'm a bodyworker and energy healer dedicated to helping you smooth out the bumpy roads of your healing journey. If you've hit a plateau or feel like you're doing all the things but still not quite feeling better, I got you. You don’t have to stay stuck. I specialize in an assortment of modalities, including massage therapy, Bowen Therapy (aka Bowenwork), and Reiki energy healing, and I offer both in-person and distance sessions designed to support your whole self: body, mind, and spirit. Navigating chronic pain, stress, emotional heaviness, or energetic fatigue? My approach is gentle, deep, and personalized to YOU. This isn’t surface-level self-care. I work with clients who are ready to truly shift and unwind layers, restore balance, and release what no longer belongs in the body or energy field.
