Hello Dear Ones,

I hope you are staying warm and dry this fall! I have some quick updates for you. :)

First, I am teaching at Neurogenic Integration (NI) on Friday Morning at 9am PST/ 10am MST and 6pm Paris time.

After Dr. Cheda's workshop on Reflex Integration (RI) this morning, I edited my Wild Things class to add some RI tidbits and moves for you. I am so excited for tomorrow's class. If you are a member this is included in your membership, and the link will be sent in the morning. Or you can sign up for $18 US, link in comments.

Next up, Laura Widman and I are gathering this weekend to put the final details together for a very special Soul Constellations workshop hosted at NI in February, on Zoom! Mark you calendars, the first three Thursdays in February, these gatherings will be live only, and about 2 1/2 hours each, more details soon. (We do know we will have 14 spots, for a wonderful group experience.)

Oh yes, I have a special on the Safe and Sound Protocol right now, $125 includes the listening license for 3 months, and a personal 30 minute getting started session/zoom call. Would you like to try the Rest and Restore Protocol instead? Same price (until spots are full.)

And finally, my in person schedule is currently full through mid-January. If you still would like to be seen, now is a great time to get on the cancellation list. Just message me your preference, and I will keep you posted on spontaneous openings.

On that note: Please do your best to give notice if you cannot make an appointment, so I have the chance to get another person in for treatment: 2 days/48 hours is best, for me to go through the wish list. I know sickness cannot be helped, please contact me as soon as you know that you cannot make your appointment
