Our Story

At Health and Exercise Prescriptions® We are trained Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) we have learned to develop safe and effective conditioning programs for clients with cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological and metabolic disorders after discharge from chiropractic care and/or physical therapy. Our training as Medical Exercise Specialist has given us information on every aspect of pathology, clinical anatomy, exercise prescription and assessment guidelines for more than 60 conditions affecting the upper and lower extremities, the spine, the cardiovascular and neurological systems. As massage therapist we also integrate massage for people with muscle pain.
